:evillaugh: Another beauty.

Ok, so I came home from school today, had a nice hot lemon and honey drink ( I have a cold, it sucks :( ), pulled up my tablet and started painting this :D Isn't that great, I can't believe I took such a long break from this art business ;-P!!

Anyway, I really love the way this piece turned out. I played around with some textured overlays, which really gives the nebula less of a painted look. And makes it look, well, textured :P I like.

Interpret the name as you will :) Enjoy <3

Edit: I decided I didn't like the texture overlay, so I removed it and ended up adding a bit more detail to the piece as well. Plain painted style > texture overlays of rock or bark or whatever it was. ;)

Great color and awesome detail. Although I love your painted neb's the subtle texture addition isnt a problem, good work. the only thing I could say is I am not a fan of the hard edge in the middle (this is more of a personal tast though). It gives it a good sense of reaslism, but I think its nice to have a more ambient fade to the edges of a nebula. Once again that is just a personal taste though. Great work man and keep them coming!.
