Yay for a new space piece! This is what happened when I tried painting a nebula in Painter. I love it I find it a lot easier than in Photoshop, thought I did use PS when making this nebula sometimes, quite a bit of switching between applications.
Anyway, I'm really happy how smooth the colours came out, and I really enjoyed using Painter to get some really nice forms and textures. Gimme some feedback if ya want

Here I am telling you to post more and I haven't even checked my devbox. The forms are very smooth and aesthetic, yet the colours aren't really working for me, even if I appreciate the originality.
I would challenge you to try something truly ambitious! I feel the genre sinking into a kind of repitiious and redundant pit of routine and cliché. I myself am trying to scramble out of it because I think it's hitting us all. We can do it! We can do it!
Lol, I know. It just dawned on me after I posted this picture and started looking at recent art from other space artists like yourself and Samodj, that it kinda looked a lot like all my other stuff and really wasn't anything special. I really did like using Painter tho, so I think I'll try to think of a really good concept then see how I go at putting it down on canvas.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant.
